For all you Checkered Flag Halloween lovers out there, I’ve put together a list of trick-or-treat times throughout Hampton Roads. (Trick or Treating throughout Hampton Roads is for children 12 and under.)
Virginia Beach trick or treat time: Dusk to 8 p.m.
Chesapeake trick or treat time: 5 to 8 p.m.
Norfolk and Suffolk trick or treat time: Ends at 8 p.m.
Portsmouth trick or treat time: 6 to 8 p.m.
